Our craft sausages are fully cooked sous vide, which means they’re vacuum-sealed and perfectly cooked in water at a low temperature to seal in flavor and freshness, and give you total peace of mind.

A lot of people wonder why our sausages are fresher tasting and juicier than other chicken sausages. It’s all about sous vide. Our low temperature cooking process not only maximizes food safety and shelf life, it eliminates the oxidation that makes other brands of chicken sausages taste “off.”

This artisanal process means more work for us – but it means better flavor and peace of mind for you.
