Aloha Chicken Sausage Kebabs
Turn your summer BBQ into a luau! Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
- 1 package Gilbert’s Aloha Chicken sausages, slicked into ½ inch pieces
- 1 red or orange bell pepper, diced into 1 inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, diced into 1 inch pieces
- 1 red onion, diced into 1 inch pieces
- 2 c fresh pineapple, diced into large chunks
- 8 wood or metal skewers for grilling (If using wooden skewers it is recommended to soak them in water for a minimum of 30 minutes before use to keep ends from burning)
Instructions
- Layer 8 kebabs with sausages, diced vegetables, and pineapple, in alternating layers.
- Place kebabs on grill for several minutes, rotating occasionally, until peppers and onions reach desired doneness and until sausages are slightly browned and the pineapple caramelized.
- Serve kebabs with a side salad. These would also be great brushed with a little teriyaki sauce and served over rice!
