Take a look at our ingredients lists, and you won’t find anything like hydrolyzed soy protein, mechanically-separated chicken, MSG or sodium nitrite. We use All-Natural Ingredients to craft sausages we’re proud to serve to your family.
Our Chicken Sausages use only chicken raised with No Antibiotics or Hormones. Overuse of antibiotics is a growing concern and we go the extra mile to make our products safe.
We address allergy concerns to make sausages everyone can enjoy. All Gilbert’s Craft Sausages are Gluten-Free (even our Beer Bratwurst) and free from MSG and corn syrup. All sausages use a Pork-Free beef collagen casing. And we make sure to list all our herbs and spices in detail for anyone with sensitivity to red pepper flake or other natural ingredients.
