5-Ingredient Chicken Sausage Tex-Mex Soup

Soup doesn't have to be complicated! Black beans, frozen corn, chicken stock and salsa get an added kick from Gilbert's mildly spicy Andouille Chicken Sausage. The whole recipe takes 15 minutes - top it off with some tortilla chips!

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. If desired, top with grated cheddar cheese and/or broken tortilla chips

Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 15 min. Total Time: 20 minutes. Difficulty: Easy. Servings: 4-6 servings
