- Fill a Saucepan with ½ inch of water.
- Turn heat to high and bring the water to a boil.
- Lightly oil a steamer basket to prevent the pasta from sticking and place in the saucepan.
- Add the sausage, ravioli and Asparagus to the basket, cover and steam for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine salad and dressing and mix gently.
- Plate all ingredients and season according to taste (I recommend Olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and freshly ground pepper for seasoning)
