• Aloha Sausage Kebabs

  • Layer 8 kebabs with sausages, diced vegetables, and pineapple, in alternating layers.  
  • Place kebabs on grill for several minutes, rotating occasionally, until peppers and onions reach desired doneness and until sausages are slightly browned and the pineapple caramelized.
  • Serve kebabs with a side salad. These would also be great brushed with a little teriyaki sauce and served over rice!
