Shrimp & Sausage Creole

Yield: 4 Servings

  1. Cook rice on the stovetop according to package directions
  2. In a sauce pan, sauté onion for ~3-4 minutes over medium heat until translucent. (May need to add ~1tbsp of water to the sauce pan)
  3. Add tomato sauce, sausage, shrimp, and creole seasoning to sauce pan. Gently fold all ingredients together until evenly distributed.
  4. Cook until heated through.
  5. Serve sausage and shrimp mixture over rice.

 **May add more creole seasoning if you like spicier dishes
