S. Rosen brat & sausage rolls
Shredded cabbage/carrot slaw
Ridged potato chips
Cholula green pepper hot sauce
Sriracha hot sauce
Combine mayo, 1 tsp Sriracha and juice of 1/2 lime and transfer to a squeeze bottle – this is your "lime aioli".
Fill bottom of bun with cabbage slaw. Cook your sausage - preferably slowly pan-fried or on a grill - and place in bun. Top with salsa. Coat everything with an even layer of crushed chips, and finish off with a criss-cross of lime aioli, and Cholula.
