The Aloha Wrigley Field Sausage

Served at Wrigley Field! A Hawaiian luau in tubular form

Hot Dog Ingredients Amount
Gilbert’s Aloha Chicken Sausage 4
S. Rosen brat & sausage rolls 4
Shredded cabbage/carrot slaw 2 cups
Ridged potato chips 1 bag
Pineapple/mango salsa 1 jar/container
Cholula green pepper hot sauce  to taste
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Sriracha hot sauce 1 tsp
Lime 1/2
  • Combine mayo, 1 tsp Sriracha and juice of 1/2 lime and transfer to a squeeze bottle – this is your "lime aioli".
  • Fill bottom of bun with cabbage slaw. Cook your sausage - preferably slowly pan-fried or on a grill - and place in bun. Top with salsa. Coat everything with an even layer of crushed chips, and finish off with a criss-cross of lime aioli, and Cholula.
