The Beef & Cheddar Wrigley Field Sausage

Gilbert’s Beef & Cheddar Sausage 4
S. Rosen brat & sausage rolls 4
Onion, yellow 1
Mac & Cheese 2 cups
Bacon 1 strip
BBQ Sauce  to taste
  • Make your mac & cheese if not bought pre-made from your grocer's deli section. We recommend a baked recipe like this one, which will keep the finished product on the crispy side.
  • Pan fry your bacon and crumble into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • Slice your onion thinly and caramelize on the stovetop in 1 tsp olive oil.
  • Cook the Beef & Cheddar Sausage - preferably slowly pan-fried or on a grill - and place in bun.
  • Top each sausage with a spoonful of Mac & Cheese, caramelized onions, bacon, and drizzle with your favorite BBQ sauce.
