Cabbage Apple Slaw

An all-purpose slaw for garnishing your favorite Gilbert’s

Ingredients
Ingredients Amount
Shredded purple cabbage, about 1/2 head 4-5 cups
Shredded carrots 1 cup
Mayo 3/4 - 1 cup
Apple cider vinegar 2 1/2 Tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Small Fuji or Gala apples, cut into matchsticks 2
Green onion for garnish
Instructions
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 
  • Adjust mayo to preference and allow to chill in the fridge at least one hour before serving. 
  • Garnish with plenty of chopped green onion before serving. Enjoy!
