Sheet Pan Chicken Sausages with Balsamic Peppers & Onions

Ingredients
- 4 Gilbert's Bourbon Apple Chicken Sausages
- 2-3 bell peppers, any color, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- In the bottom of a large bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add in the peppers, onions, and sausages and mix until everything is coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1-4 hours,
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread veggies and sausages onto a large sheet pan. Roast for about 30 minutes, until vegetables are cooked to your desired doneness, stirring halfway through. Enjoy!
