Air Fryer Teriyaki Sausage & Vegetable Bowls

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients
  • 4 Gilbert’s Craft Sausages Aloha Chicken Sausages
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small yellow squash
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • cooked jasmine rice
  • teriyaki sauce
  • green onion, to garnish, if desired
Instructions
  1. Dice the chicken sausage and vegetables into large pieces. Add the sausage, vegetables, and pineapple pieces into a large bowl. Toss with the avocado oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Put the mixture into the basket of an airfryer and cook at 400F for 10-15 minutes, shaking every 3 minutes or so. Cook time will depend on the size of your airfryer - cook until the sausages and veggies are starting to brown and until the vegetables are cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Serve over a bed of rice and drizzle with your favorite teriyaki sauce and some chopped green onion. Enjoy!
