Bleu Cheese Coleslaw
Creamy celery, carrot, and blue cheese slaw, perfect for topping a Gilbert’s basted with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup Celery, thinly sliced in the bias
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Agave nectar or honey
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- Pinch Freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch Celery seeds
- Blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- To prepare sandwich, line a steamed white hot dog bun with ¼ to 1/3 cup coleslaw. Place Buffalo Hot Wing Dog in the center and serve.
