Bleu Cheese Coleslaw

Creamy celery, carrot, and blue cheese slaw, perfect for topping a Gilbert’s basted with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 cup Celery, thinly sliced in the bias
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Agave nectar or honey
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
  • Pinch Freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch Celery seeds
  • Blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • To prepare sandwich, line a steamed white hot dog bun with ¼ to 1/3 cup coleslaw. Place Buffalo Hot Wing Dog in the center and serve.
