Caprese Pasta Meal Prep
Individually-wrapped Gilbert’s make meal prep easy. Get your work lunches made for the week with this easy pasta.

Ingredients
- 4 Links Gilbert’s Craft Sausages Caprese Chicken Sausage
- 1 box pasta, any variety (I used chickpea pasta)
- 1 jar marinara sauce, any variety (I used Rao’s)
- 1 bag of frozen, steamable broccoli
- Shredded parmesan and fresh basil to garnish, if desired.
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and return to pot. Add in marinara sauce and keep warm.
- While pasta cooks brown the Caprese sausages in a medium skillet.
- Microwave broccoli according to package directions - season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Assemble your boxes: Divide pasta between four large containers. Top each serving of pasta with a sausage link. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and basil. Divide broccoli between containers as a side dish. Enjoy!
