Fig & Feta Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Gilbert’s Bourbon Apple Chicken Sausage
- 1 flatbread
- 1 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup dried figs, diced
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic reduction**
Instructions
- On flatbread layer arugula, sausage, figs, and feta
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction
- Enjoy cold or place in a 400 degree oven for 3 minutes to enjoy warm!

**To make balsamic reduction place 1 cup of balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan. Simmer for ~5-8 minutes, until vinegar has reduced to half volume (~1/2 cup) and is thickened. Remove from heat. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
