Fig & Feta Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 Gilbert’s Bourbon Apple Chicken Sausage
  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup dried figs, diced
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp balsamic reduction**

 

Instructions
  1. On flatbread layer arugula, sausage, figs, and feta
  2. Drizzle with balsamic reduction
  3. Enjoy cold or place in a 400 degree oven for 3 minutes to enjoy warm!

**To make balsamic reduction place 1 cup of balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan. Simmer for ~5-8 minutes, until vinegar has reduced to half volume (~1/2 cup) and is thickened. Remove from heat.  Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
