Caprese Chicken Sausages with Pesto Cream Pasta

Ingredients
- 4 Gilbert’s Caprese Chicken Sausages, sliced
- 8oz angel hair pasta
- ½ c pesto
- ¼ c half and half (fat free, if desired)
- Cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil, to garnish, optional
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions, until al dente. Drain into a colander and rinse.
- Return pot to stove and spray with cooking spray. Add sausages and cook about 3 minutes, until heated and slightly golden on the edges. Stir in pesto and the half and half. Return pasta to the pot and mix well.
- Serve pasta topped with sliced tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and fresh basil.
