Sausage, Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin

The mild, rich flavor of the Smoked Gouda Chicken Sausage adds complexity to this surprisingly simple and budget-friendly recipe.

Ingredients
  • 2 Gilbert’s Smoked Gouda Sausages
  • 2 cups Frozen cauliflower/broccoli mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.5 cups Mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup Bread crumbs
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Preheat a seasoned skillet or pot with 1 tsp olive oil on medium-high.
  • Slice sausages into 1/2" pieces, add to skillet. Heat until browning, tossing occasionally. Turn off heat.
  • Add condensed soup, cheddar and broccoli/cauliflower mix. Stir to evenly coat.
  • Sprinkle parmesan then bread crumbs on top.
  • Cover and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
