Caprese Chicken Sausage Tacos
A light, easy summer meal with the flavors of a Caprese salad
Ingredients
- 4 Gilbert’s Caprese Chicken Sausages
- 1 bunch Basil leaves, torn
- 3/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Burrata (can substitute mozzarella)
- 4 Corn tortillas
- Balsamic vinegar, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook sausages according to package directions. When ready, cut each sausage on the bias.
- Toast the corn tortillas. Divide basil leaves between each of the four tortillas.
- Place the sausages over the basil leaves and top sausages with tomatoes and burrata.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with pepper.
