Chicken Bratwurst Reuben Pizza

Classic Reuben flavors on a pizza

Ingredients

• 2 Gilbert’s Chicken Bratwursts, sliced 1/4-inch thick
• 1 Large store-bought pizza crust
• 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
• 3 slices Provolone cheese, cut in half
• 1 cup Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded
• 1/4 cup Chopped dill pickles

Instructions

• Layer crust with dressing and evenly distribute the provolone slices.
• Top with kraut, Swiss, and sausages. Bake according to crust instructions.
• Top finished pizza with chopped dill pickles and an extra drizzle of thousand island. Enjoy!
