Pizza with Andouille Sausage

Ingredients
- Gilbert’s Andouille Chicken Sausages, sliced
- Your favorite pizza crust or pizza dough
- Bell pepper, any color, thinly sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Pizza sauce, any variety
- Shredded cheese
- Cajun or Creole seasoning
Instructions
Layer crust or dough with pizza sauce, sliced andouille, veggies, and shredded cheese.Use the desired amount of each and cook crust according to package or recipe directions. Add a sprinkle of cajun or creole seasoning for additional spiciness if desired. Enjoy!
