Easy Chicken Sausage Tacos
Save the time and mess of cooking raw chicken with Gilbert's fully cooked, pre-flavored chicken sausages. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
- 4 Gilbert’s Ancho Queso Chicken Sausages, cut
- 1 package pre-cut peppers and onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Taco seasoning, to taste
- 8 taco shells, corn or flour
- Favorite taco toppings
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and onions and season with taco seasoning, to taste. Allow peppers and onions to saute 4-5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add in chicken sausages and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside. Once vegetables and sausages are cooked to your liking, serve with tortillas and your favorite taco toppings.
