- Layer flatbread with bbq sauce, gouda, chicken sausage, apple, and red onion.
- Bake according to package directions. If there are no directions on the package bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes until crust is crispy and golden and toppings are melted and starting to brown.
- Garnish with lots of fresh cilantro and an extra drizzle of BBQ, if desired. Enjoy!
