Pomegranate, Pear & Kale Salad

Classy enough for any party, easy enough for any lunch

Instructions 
  • On a large plate top kale with pear, sausage, feta, pomegranate arils and walnuts.
  • To make your reduction, in a small saucepan simmer balsamic vinegar for ~2 minutes until reduced ~½ in volume.
  • Drizzle balsamic reduction onto salad and enjoy!

*To make candied walnuts heat ~¼ cup walnuts and 1-2 tbsp brown sugar in a saucepan until brown sugar is melted. Shake the saucepan to coat walnuts.
