Pomegranate, Pear & Kale Salad
Classy enough for any party, easy enough for any lunch

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped kale
- ½ pear, sliced
- 1 Gilbert’s Chicken Bratwurst, sliced
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 2 tbsp pomegranate arils
- 1 tbsp candied walnuts
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- On a large plate top kale with pear, sausage, feta, pomegranate arils and walnuts.
- To make your reduction, in a small saucepan simmer balsamic vinegar for ~2 minutes until reduced ~½ in volume.
- Drizzle balsamic reduction onto salad and enjoy!
*To make candied walnuts heat ~¼ cup walnuts and 1-2 tbsp brown sugar in a saucepan until brown sugar is melted. Shake the saucepan to coat walnuts.
