Sausage, Cauliflower and Broccoli Gratin
The mild, rich flavor of the Smoked Gouda Chicken Sausage adds complexity to this surprisingly simple and budget-friendly recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 Gilbert’s Smoked Gouda Sausages
- 2 cups Frozen cauliflower/broccoli mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1.5 cups Mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup Bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Preheat a seasoned skillet or pot with 1 tsp olive oil on medium-high.
- Slice sausages into 1/2" pieces, add to skillet. Heat until browning, tossing occasionally. Turn off heat.
- Add condensed soup, cheddar and broccoli/cauliflower mix. Stir to evenly coat.
- Sprinkle parmesan then bread crumbs on top.
- Cover and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes.
