Slow Cooker Red Beans & Rice

Easy, healthy comfort food for your crockpot or Instant Pot.

Instructions 
  1. Add all ingredients into a crockpot (minus salt) and cook on high heat for 6 hours or until beans are cooked through.
  2. Adjust salt/pepper to taste. (Mine didn't need any salt b/c of the amount of salt in the creole seasoning and broth - this will vary depending on what you use!)
  3. Serve over cooked rice. Top with green onion and hot sauce.  Enjoy!
