Use up the last of your cherry tomatoes with this quick, easy meal for the whole family.

Ingredients
  • 4-5 links Gilbert’s Smoked Gouda Chicken Sausages (coined)
  • 1 box (8- 12 oz) pasta (we used bowties)
  • 1 pint cherry/grape tomatoes
  • 2 bunches broccoli (trimmed and cut as shown)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • A few drizzles of olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • You will also need: salt and pepper to taste, seasonings as desired, and optional: parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, add a bit of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-heat.
  3. Add garlic to pan and cook about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Next, add sausage and cook for approx. 7 minutes, flipping as necessary/allowing coins to get a bit browned on each side.
  5. Next, add in tomatoes and cook approx. 3- 5 minutes until tomatoes begin to burst, being careful not to overcook them.
  6. Season dish with salt, pepper and seasonings as desired for approx. 2 minutes.
  7. Next, add in broccoli. Cover skillet and cook approx. 4 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  8. Remove skillet from the heat. Add in cooked pasta and butter. Stir until butter is melted and everything is combined.
  9. Serve immediately, topping with parmesan if desired.
