Chicken Parmesan Dogs
The 10-minute cousin of chicken parm. Need we say any more?
Ingredients
- 4 Gilbert’s Caprese Chicken Sausages
- 4 split-top hot dog buns
- Marinara sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Basil, if desired
Instructions
- Open and place 4 split-top hotdog buns on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350F and place buns in oven while preheating so they get a little toasty.
- Once the oven has preheated place a Caprese Chicken Sausage in each bun and top with some of your favorite marinara and a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Bake until everything is heated through, bread is toasty, and cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes. Top with basil if desired. Enjoy.
