Chicken Sausage & Green Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 4 Gilbert’s Smoked Gouda Chicken Sausages, diced
- 2 8oz blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 1 c mayo
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided with 1/2 c reserved for topping
- 1 4oz can diced green chilies
- 1 15oz can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained well
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a medium baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and add diced sausage. Cook, stirring often, until golden brown and crispy, ~5-6 minutes. (You can skip this step if you’d like but I love the extra flavor from browning the sausage + the texture from getting it a little crispy.)
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well combined. Spread into baking dish and top with the 1/2 c reserved cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow to sit at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, pretzels, pita chips, toasted bread – whatever sounds good! Enjoy!
