Aloha English Muffins

A quick breakfast for two using just one Gilbert’s Aloha Chicken Sausage

Instructions 
  1. Preheat broiler. Place English muffin halves on a baking pan and set aside.
  2. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and scramble the eggs, season with salt and pepper, as desired.Transfer scrambled eggs to a plate.
  3. Add 1 tsp olive oil into the same skillet and add the bell pepper and onion, season with a little salt and pepper..Cook over medium heat about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.Add in the sliced sausage and cook another 3-4 minutes until the edges of the sausage are browning and the vegetables are tender.Combine the vegetables and sausage with the scrambled eggs.
  4. Broil the English muffins for 2-3 minutes, until toasted.Divide the egg and sausage mixture evenly between the English muffins.Sprinkle with cheese.Broil 2-3 minutes more, until the cheese is melted.Garnish with green onion or chives, if desired. Enjoy!
